• continued to subsidize, for the 41th week in a row, as the witness revenue is not matching the hardware expenses
• kept the block size at 65,535
• kept the registration fee at 3 STEEM
• kept the SBD interest at 0%

I was expecting a test release for SMT (target date was 20 September) but it didn't come. There are hopes we can see one in about 2-3 weeks. Will share my conclusions after I'll test it.

I am on the 60th position, 1 spot up from two weeks ago.
