That's fine! Prices go up and down. STEEM was at $0.071 on 11/03/17.
When I started to get interested in cryptocurrencies Bitcoin was at $220.
Now for me it's all about creating content that makes me happy and if it makes happy other people and makes me earn something then even better.
You are a very early entrant in the space @donatello, well I got in a little late but I am still happy with what i have gained.
Yes for me too I enjoy writing so the prices have not taken away my enthusiasm of writing.
