Suggestions for Steemit
Here's my ramblings even though they may sound foolish to you steemers there...
Since Steem is not gaining value, why not allow ads in and put them among the great empty white spaces on the sides? That way steemit can bring in money in to help the currency gain investments. How about distributing half the income from that to the minnows?
Why not put an option for the user to make the links in posts either follow or no follow by search engines? That way steemit.com gains SEO value and members can cash in on their posts some other way (they will get paid for the link) even if they fail to gain some cash from lack of upvotes.
I am not really a " money and markets" guy so these are just my ramblings. What to you guys think?

It is a better way than letting Steemit fall harder and harder till there's no value left, my friend.
I was going to suggest reading the white paper again, so I will. Steemit has only been around a few months. The way it is designed, Steem price is only supposed to be about a dollar. Numbers fluctuate daily in markets and always involve risk, but lower prices for a serious investor is a chance to buy more. However, Steemit is about much more than money.
