How do the names get decided on the emails for voting, it seems like I see mostly the same names every day. Is this because not many people are using steemit.vote yet?
Yes the most users fall out from the system because they don't follow the rules. So it's hard for keeping life. Only if all follow the rules steemit.vote can have success. In future we will lunch a vip platform for Delphins. Accounts with min. 2000 SP. The success will be much higher because rewards would be a lot higher.
