My straight up opinion about Supper on Time is that it really depends on my Timing. By timing I mean whether I am free to Eat or not or am I hungry or is food available right now. I do agree on the fact that eating Dinner before 8 PM has its benefits as it helps uplift your Body's Metabolism which is always a good thing but strangely enough, eating on Time has always been hard for me.
For example, Yesterday was a long day for me so once I came back Home I just fell asleep and forgot to eat Dinner. I woke up late past Midnight and ate my food as I was getting hungry. I can cite various examples where several factors come in the way of you eating your Food at the right Time.
Modern times more than often doesn't allow you to go at your own pace it is most likely that you will be running at the Pace set by others so you have to adjust different aspects of your Life such as eating habits and others.
