It is roughly 1130am here in east europe on March 29, 2018 and Telegram is down.
Yes, now Telegram is down at this moment (for us anyway). It appears to be a DDOS attack on their servers since their website keeps going up and down (with "502 Bad Gateway" and "500 Internal Server Error" messages from Nginx). The Telegram app itself won't seem to connect at all right now either.
PalmPay Ambassadors, please take note of this, as we must be able to stay in contact with one another, and the clients and merchants that we support. Maybe install the Keybase app on their tablets and smartphones so that you can stay in touch with them.

With all of the censorship and other bad things that are going on in the world right now we seriously need to start using all of these kind of tools like Keybase now as soon as possible. https://d.tube, https://dsound.audio, https://steemit.com, https://golos.io, https://busy.org, https://www.yoyow.org and all of the decentralized tools as we can.
