Can you tell us exactly what he did wrong sir, I believe there is always a solution to any problems. Besides tongue and mouth actually engaged in lot of war talking of we friends. I know you will soon become best of friends. I'm very sure about this sir.

I don't think this argument is going to stop if care is not taken, someone must swallow his pride and say sorry. I guess the accused should do that first. You both have to apologize to each other. There is no gain in conflict it will only breed separation and you won't be able to focus right on the things you are doing
It is your burden to provide proof of wrongdoing, it would be interesting if you laid out your case plainly.
