Bandwidth problems are happening more frequently in many cases for no apparent reason as they have STEEM in their wallets.
It needs fixing quickly as many users who have limited time to access and participate because they WORK and 'need' to advance their account posting content and commenting, can't do this if suddenly they have a Denial of Service through bandwidth snafus.
