Last night, I found out that majority of my followers are ghost followers (they are your followers who haven't made any interaction to your posts) and I don't know if most of them are bots.

I made this comic strip, hoping those followers of mine will leave at least a comment on this post :D and please don't scare me. xD

Is there a way to know which accounts are bots?

That I am not sure. But you could tell who has been upvoting/interacting with your posts and who haven't been active in steemit for awhile. I try to filter people who I follow and remove ones who haven't been active in months.
