Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act 02 Round 02: Scrambled eggs with spinach

For this week use spinach to make delicious scrambled eggs with spinach. To which add spinach, onion, chives, parsley, aji chirel and salt to taste.

This dish is extremely easy to make and extremely soluable, since spinach has many uses and can be made in many different ways.

I love to eat healthy and make this dish as it is one of my favorites. Accompanying these scrambled eggs with white rice is the best.
