Thanks for inviting me. I just wrote a freewrite about salt and what the stories around it.
If it comes to my food I cook without since years. It increases the taste of what you eat. Pure flavours of it. Once, a doctor told me to eat more salt. I didn't use it for long since every time I used it felt terrible sick.
