Ok let me give my clarification on this user :
Actually after that many of us have warned the user of his past issues, I noticed that he accepted that he was doing wrong and promised to produce only original content now on here in Steemit.
And you can really see that he has been doing a good effort as his latest posts were really informative and make us learn something new, that's the reason the posts were nominated.
When compared to other members posts, (we have to be neutral), his post is much better.
Of course if he is caught in wrongdoings, he will be penalized.
I have been reading through his blog for long lately and following him closely.
Rest assured, I am not here giving preference to anyone (I don't know anyone personally on the platform other than my wife @creativewoman, my daughter @dear.rheem and my son @prince.omar - And they are all not active due to time constraint.)
My goal remains same as since I started = Build a big enough foodie community so that we can self sustain with time. No dirty games going on on my blog and that of @steemit-ironchef.
