I love soup and this look yummy the kind of recipe i will love to recreate, the egusi is different from the white one we have here in nigeria, will it come out the same?

Is there any other name for njansa?
I would love to try this recipe and we'll definitely let you know when I do.

    My dear , a blend of good ripe tomatoes with Onga will give you a different good attractive look of your egussi. .I don’t think there is any other English name given for Njansa but will try to investigate.Incase you are confuse I can snap and sent to you .Thanks for engaging in my post .
