Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "International Chef's Day" as part of my participation in this contest organized by @mvchacin
👨🏽🍳 Who are the chefs in your family, and what culinary specialities make them stand out as the family chef?
In my family, my sister is the main chef. My sister has a magical way of blending local spices that make even simple tastes so extraordinary. I am also a child, but her jollof rice is famous among others in the house. She knows how to blend seasoning, and she always cooks with love. I also step in sometimes to help her in the kitchen, and my dad and elder brother are also chefs who are good at grilling meat or fish, and when it comes to making barbecue, I haven't seen anyone who can do it perfectly like my brother.
👨🏽🍳 Being a chef is a profession that is becoming increasingly popular. Is it worthwhile being a chef in your country?
Yes, being a chef is a profession in my country, Nigeria. In Nigeria, the food industry is flourishing very well, and chefs are being hired daily. Currently, in my town, the fast-rising business is restaurants, catering services, and food content creators; skilled chefs have vast opportunities to rise. Also, wealthy Nigerians are hiring the services of professional chefs.
👨🏽🍳 Which chefs on the platform best suit your lifestyle and tastes?
The chef on the platform that best suits my lifestyle and tastes is the chef who uses fresh local ingredients and gives classic dishes a new twist. They balance cultural roots with creativity, which perfectly match my lifestyle and taste preferences.

To all the chefs in the world, including my sister, who turn ingredients into happiness, thank you for filling our tables with flavour and our hearts with joy. Also, thank you for your dedication, creativity, and love for food, which is very important for humans. On this day, I wish you love to continue inspiring us with good food.
