"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 75: (Bread Croissant Recipe).

I hope all my chef friends are well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. The respected moderator of the Steemit Iron Chef community @lirvic mam has organized the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.75. Like every week, this week I have come to you with a great recipe. Today I will share Bread Croissant Recipe which is a great combination with tea or coffee for afternoon snack. Bread Croissant is a breakfast item that will be finished in no time if served with coffee for afternoon snack. Without further ado, let's get to today's main recipe.
The ingredients required for the Bread Croissant recipe are as follows:

Bread Croissant Making Method:
Step 1:
- To make Bread Croissant, first I took a cup of boiling hot milk. I mixed 1/4 cup of butter in the boiling milk and kept it covered. Then I waited until the butter melted and mixed with the milk.

Step 2:
- After covering it for some time, when the butter melts, add the egg. Cool the milk slightly and add the egg. After adding the egg, mix everything very well.

Step 3:
- I took 2 cups of flour in a mixing bowl, added 1 teaspoon of salt, 4-5 tablespoons of sugar, and about 1 and a half teaspoons of yeast to the flour. Then I stirred all the dry ingredients and mixed them very well with the flour.

Step 4:
- Now you need to make the dough with the milk and butter mix that you have prepared in advance. Oil can be used to make the dough, but adding butter makes the Bread Croissant tastier. I made a dough by adding flour little by little instead of adding all the flour.

Step 5:
- While making the dough, smooth the dough with a little melted butter. When the dough becomes smooth, cover it with a lid until the dough doubles in size.
Step 6:
- After the dough has doubled in size, I cut the dough. Then I rolled it out like a big loaf, usually a little thicker than the way we roll out roti parota.

Step 7:
- Then I divided one loaf into eight parts and cut it into pieces. Then fold it with your hands and the Bread Croissant will be ready. We will make Bread Croissant from all the breads in the same way. Now they are ready to fry, they can be baked in the oven or fried in oil.

Step 8:
- Now heat the oil in a pan on the stove, when the oil is slightly hot, drop the bread croissants into the oil. The bread croissants need to be dropped into the oil while the oil is still slightly hot because they are folded, so it will take time to fry them well from the inside. I shook the bread croissants in the oil and fried them until brown and drained the oil.

- I served Bread croissant with my favorite milk tea for afternoon snack, all the Bread croissants were finished in no time. It was very delicious to eat with hot tea.
