Purpose of The Daily Health Score

The purpose of the Daily Health Score is to help steemians become more conscious of their health over time - both individually and as a community.

It's a quick and easy measuring system that leverages social accountability and financial incentives to encourage everyone toward their own health goals.

How to Score Yourself

Everyone should score themselves based on their own health goals and understandings. There is no financial incentive to score high, but rather only to participate.

So don't worry about what your score is. Just focus on consistently measuring every day. Most people will have their fair share of 1s and 0s. It’s just as important to record low scores on “bad” days as it is to record high scores on “good” days. You can always do better tomorrow!

Studies suggest that just measuring your health is the first step toward a healthier life.

Financial Incentive for Participation

All liquid STEEM made from this post will be awarded to one lucky participant based on a public lottery number

That's right... just leave your score (0-5) in a comment below and you could win all the liquid STEEM from this post.

It's a long and a stressful day. What made my day would be the labor worker I met in the subway. Even he had a tiring day and sweat all over his body. He still smiled and let the old lady have his seat. I witnessed it. Thought that i need to start appreciate my life and do more good as well. Ill give my self a 5 today.

4 as always!!!

  1. Unless carrying furniture counts as exercising. :)

I'm very happy to say I managed 5; I feel good for it too!

Yesterday was a 5, I take a rest day from exercise every week...seems to work better on recovery time.

just 2 today, I'm not doing very well at this, must try harder

I lost 32 pounds since my surgery, so my score is pretty good here lately. Eating right, no drinking, walk every day, stretch and I am meditating. 5. Thanks for everything guys :)

3, I have to improve.

3, but the day is still young!

only two point i think exercise is important

5 getting better. Thank you for the reminder.

Yesterday was probably a 2 ... Today I'm going to try for a 5, but I didn't sleep healthy so I'm off to not such a great start :/

Thank you for opening the awareness, it should help me improve.
