Creo que algunas personas piensan ''comer saludable'' y tener ''hábitos saludables'' cuando realmente no es así.

Los alimentos como la harina de trigo o de pan, contienen muchos ingredientes no aptos para una vida saludable, lo mejor siempre es tener una dieta lo más saludable posible para así evitar tener que ir al médico luego
