Stress is part of our everyday life,
According to google Stress is:
a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances
But when the word was first used in 1936 it was not the direct meaning of stress. According to Hans Selye,
“the non-specific response of the body to any demand for change”
Stress may have different meaning to each of us, and definitely different effect, what important is, we have to know how are we be able to manage stress without affect us, especially our health,
Here are some symptoms of stress
Weight gain or weight loss
Sweaty hands or feet
Obsessive or compulsive behaviors
We have to watch out for those signs because if we don't pay attention to stress it will lead to much bigger problem like Lung problems, Cancer, accidents, liver problems, or worst suicide,
That's why once in a while we have to find some activities that will make us relax and stress free environment,
Yesterday, it was my cousin's birthday so to be free from stressful, busy city life, we decided to have a day at the beach, away from the crowded city. And whole day with no internet just using the camera of my phone.
It is easier said than done, but it is beneficial to us especially to our health.
