Not all things last forever and actually most startups fail. Even the Cool Hunts that can get massive reception can die and be forgotten in a very short amount of time. @steemhunt is probably a little too young to have Dead Hunts that are not usable. But we can look at the platform that @steemhunt is supposed to kill (or at least surpass) and see how things have gone for the once populart products there.

A Truly Interesting Expereince

I've been exploring Product Haunt for some time after discovering it today and it has almost become a fascinating research tool. I mean look at this failure from just 2 years ago:

You might have to open the picture in a new tab. It was ranked #2 and had 2320 upvotes. That's not the only one.

Death Comes To All, Even If You Are A Great Product

Maybe some day we might even see Product Haunt dead. All things are transitory. Don't get too attached :-)

Haha! I had initially thought it was a typing error, so there really is a product haunt? Kinda funny. Anything to be creative, or is it for the money? Interesting hunt/

Hi @vimukthi,

Thanks for yet another hunt. I’ve reviewed and approved it. The hunt is on.

Great Hunt!

Haha awesome idea. Really entertaining to watch through the products. Simple layout helps you to navigate easily through the haunts. 😜

Keep on the good work!

good hunt

interesting proposal, since this platform offers a large number of products that could quickly be forgotten due to the amount of services, thanks for sharing it,

you put forward a good hunt and haunted our mind with a great philosophy...never get too attached. LOL...uncertain world and death. I am enlightened. thank you!

You are welcome :-)

A graveyard of failed innovations, kind of a neat way to find what did well what failed and what was to soon before its time and would scale now.

This is a really intriguing concept. I think I'll have fun browsing this from time to time, it's like a "Where are they now" website for old launches. Lol! Not sure how useful a website like this would be, but it's an interesting record of what could have been.

Checking product haunt may be useful instead of checking new hunts. We can see which products are dead now.

This platform is the best example of everything that has lost its popularity. As a result, everything can come and go. Even good projects will end one day. Like old phones and computers are dead. I hope that a good platform will succeed.

When its difficult to find a graveyard ⚰️🥀for humans now a days, its fascinating to see one for dead products, LOL. But this is going to give lot of learning to other start ups. Because failure is the pillar of success, the smartest are those, who can learn from other's failure and create amazing product successfully.
