It is a very good social app for health and fitness because health is a major issue of today and people are worried about their health problems. This app is helpful because you can download any health related programs which were tested and validated for healthy body. You can choose any of the bodyspace programs of popular and educated trainers. You can use these bodyspace programs for your daily training calender and you can get rid of obesity and become smart and active.You can make a list of your bodyspace friends. You can set your goals and can complete those goals for your body fitness.

I was using ACTIFIT App a few months ago because I was getting tokens too for keeping myself healthy and fit to live life happily. The Bodyspace seems really good to me. I'll try this app to get training. Cool
