It's hard to believe that Penly is simply a app you download as it's pretty powerful, but I guess that's why there is a small purchase fee and to be honest I would find the best way to use it is on tablet rather then on phone due to the size of screen, well this mostly holds true if you will be using the stylus to make your notes.
