3Drap has designed a game hand control for people with disabilities. It's really a great product for people who can not use throttle and brake to play a game. With only your thumb, you can control throttle and brake.

The device is hand-worn and can be controlled with your thumb. It is very easy to use, the connection to the PC is made with the USB port.

In short, this product is really great and will help a lot of people who like to play games.
