Exchanges that have no trading fees usually make their money on withdrawal fees - so check that out before you send coins to the exchange. Also - sometimes no-fees is just an intro offer and they add fees later.
They are charging fees for buying and selling but they must be charging high fees for withdrawing. I am 100% sure.
