Ideas have been circulating in the vine stating that farming will get the best treatment out of all industry out there if we are going to open source it like most of the softwares which are popular nowadays. While the idea is noble we also have to think about proprietary issues regarding the platforms that seek to address the problems that has been plaguing the sector. Cotton Coin has the best solution out of all the competitors in the market to date. Cotton Coin will serve as a one-stop-shop for the stakeholders of the Cotton Industry simply by placing all the aspects of that industry in the blockchain. By bringing cotton farmers, small industries, medium industries and institutional investors closer together the stage is set for a very efficient procurement, distribution, packaging and delivery system never before seen in the history of mankind.
Cotton Coin And Innovative Solutions
The main focus of Cotton Coin is the plight of the cotton farmers specifically in India and Pakistan. This time uprightness and fairness shall prevail as Cotton Coin will bypass all the obstacles that prevents cotton farmers of the said countries from receiving just compensation for all their hard work in the farmlands. Cotton Coin will also address the issue of water supply, soil fertility and pest control that limits the yield of the cotton farmers which is detrimental to the textile, garments and fashion industry. Cotton Coin founder's are really alarmed by the high suicide rate amongst cotton farmers which will limit the overall output of the industry which is why Cotton Coin has set up a benevolent pricing mechanism that will serve the best interest of the cotton industry most especially the cotton farmers.
How Cotton Coin Will Achieve That
They have created a very transparent database of cotton growers and cotton buyers which facilitates and expedites the process of procuring and acquiring the raw materials from seeds to clothes. This particular database has a very easy to use interface which takes the form of a business-to-business decentralized application. Decentralized, meaning it doesn't have a central point of failure, it will exist as long as the blockchain exist. Cotton Coin also made sure that it is available in several languages which will introduce and expose ordinary users to the billion dollar industry of cotton. The decentralized smartphone application is role based, meaning the interface will be customized according to your role in the cotton industry.

Wow what you did is against the terms of service of the Steemit network. You forced your #steemhunt tag on my post and then you threw me under the bus. You want me to edit my post? For what? Can I delete the #steemhunt tag? No. If you are not going to approve this it only proves how stupid this web application is. You want something new but you are delisting my post because I am not one of your friends let us see if @crypto.piotr will be thrilled to see that an application shunned his project where he serves as the community manager. You are citing the part of your posting guidelines where you delist something that are deemed suspicious who are you to classify it as such when you are behaving as a criminal organization.
hey @mdominicorobin :) If you look below the section I actually sent you a personalized message letting you know that this was delisted because it is MUCH too early and the project is just in the beginning phases of development. Not because we thought it was a scam or suspicious. I personally think Cotton Coin is a necessary project if we're going to move on evolving supply chains, but my personal opinions in terms of like/dislike, don't go into my moderations. This is why we have the PG.
We've delisted TONS of coins (as well as products) that are not yet available and still in the concept phase so please don't feel singled out. I'm sorry if you took this decision as a personal attack, but there is a lot of precedence for this type of decision.
Again I want to stress that if this had been posted when the product was FULLY LIVE it would have been passed, but at this time it's just too early.
You want something new but this is too early. Early is new. Who are they going to deceive? The farmers? Why are you even in this business where you cite posting guideline number 8 and telling me that it is too early. It just meant that you don't even know what you are doing. Posting guideline number 8 has nothing to do with your reason to delist my post. Why did you even use it in the first place. I smell subjectivity. Your app is plain stupid. It is not even an app. It is being overrun by people who are too selfish. Dtube, Dmania, Steepshot will not do delistings but this app stoop to the lowest level of running an organization.

You forced a #steemhunt tag on my post, placed your trademark on my post even though there is a possibility of being delisted. Now you are claiming that I have made defamatory statements when I am just describing your action as an organization. Steemit web applications are not suppose to do a delisting since we only have a seven day time frame to earn. What would even be the benefits if I get my post listed? Nothing. So what is this delisting all about. Ask a lawyer if there is anything in my statement which is defamatory? You are the one who is venting your frustration on me. You are spinning it as if you are a victim when this is your day job. What is with the 3 upvotes pat in the back. Why do you even do that? Your app should not get delegations. It sounds like you may be confused about what "delisting" means in this instance.
Your post had been hidden from the @steemhunt platform. AND HAS NOT DELISTED FROM STEEMIT IN ANY WAY. This delisting has nothing to do with your ability to earn rewards on steemit.

And has not been delisted from Steeemit in anyway in all capital letters. Isn't that viewed as shouting and you demand that I should be civil. All caps is uncivil and disrespectful. So now who is really frustrated? You are not here to absorb. What is your job then? To talk about Trump? Again? That is frustration with all caps.
Let us say for the sake of argument that I wasn't delisted from Steemit what makes you think that the #steemhunt tag should be there if you have intention to delist it on steemhunt. That doesn't make sense. Your stylings will be on the post. Your logo will be on the post as well so what is the delisting about. Even if my post gets listed the best that it will get is a logo again on the reply section. That's it.

Hello, I'm co-founder of Steemhunt. I apologies if our platform somewhat bothered you. But I think you seem misunderstood about our platform.
Steemhunt is Steem dApp based on Steem blockchain like Utopian, DLive, etc. It is completely free for you to post/edit of your "Steemit" post. We are not able to limit your freedom of the Steemit post of course.
What our mod ask you to do is that "we won't list your post on Steemhunt NOT STEEMIT. It's because in Steemhunt, we have our own Product Guidelines to maintain our concept of the service. Steemhunt is a ranking community for hunters to share a cool/new "product." What product means for us is that some "thing" is mutually exchanging its value propositions with its customers. We just decided that ICO projects that has no any live product (even a beta) are not suitable to this value proposition criteria in general. If we do, SH ranking board may be filled with tons of ICO websites that does not have any "product..."
Anyway, I'm explaining how we decided each line of our PG (Product Guidelines). It's community-based, so of course PG is also changing from community-wide request. You are totally welcome to provide any suggestions about our PG.
However, to list your product on the SH website (I'm not talking about your Steemit place) you need to follow our PG because this is the core mechanism of our ranking board. We want to maintain our basic level of the hunted products so that hunters can compete together in fair and comparable ways.
Again, posting Steemit is completely free of your choice. If you don't want to use our service or delete the Steemhunt tag, you can just use Steemit not Steemhunt.
Also, all verified hunting posts on SH become the candidates of @steemhunt's upvotes like Utopian. Based on your final post's ranking SH upvotes your post the day after. It's similar how Utopian upvotes the posts based on the quality what the mods assigned.
Lastly, if you still feel Steemhunt is like a "joke" or "stupid" application, you have complete freedom not to use our platform. Thanks.

I would like here to express how grateful I am for your time that you took to solve that issue with @mdominicorobin.
Honesly I believe that the biggest problem with program like yours is that you don't really offer that much (so people would really go deep into learning about your regulations) and at the same time you seem to be very strict.
Why not to send a warning first and create a database of accounts that already have been warned and just then take actions?

Hi, thanks for your opinion. The reasons of our current system has two reasons:
We have been actually building a "on boarding" feature for newbies before they make their first hunt - which is kinda similar with your suggestion. Right now SH team has only two members - me and @tabris. We have many other tasks more prioritised now haha. But yes surely it's also another important task we need to take consider soon :)

Your hunt was delisted not because of the “new” rule. It’s because it’s an ICO product without the live product. We dont delist hunts because it’s just not new since we changed our ranking system to be ABV (account based voting). New and cool is decided by the community ‘s upvotes. Not us.

Are you saying they are all joke and stupid? If you want to argue for this platform, at least you should read our previous announcement about how we changed our ranking / pg system so far. I can only imagine your frustration. Personally I gaved up on programs like steemhunt because of all those issues that follow. I cannot understand why so many strict rules. To apply so many strict rules one should first be able to offer something valuable in return.
Don't let it discourage you and please keep in mind, that mistakes and miscomunication do happend every now and then. The most important is that @dayleeo is putting her time and effort to reply to you and she seem to be very helpful.
Just dont let this little issue ruin your day and give #steemhunt a try again. Perhaps it will be worth it. Who knows.

As I said wayyyyy up at the top of this thread, I think cotton coin is an awesome idea, we just have to maintain the same rules for all early products regardless of our personal opinions to be fair to the rest of our community.

Believe me I am not the one who is frustrated. I am a very active user of the Steemit network although my efforts are not being rewarded accordingly because of Twitter type politics that has been hounding this network. If I am frustrated you will know. The moment that I start powering down. Is the moment. I have not powered down even though I have every right to do so. I just don't want to. If I am frustrated I will just stop writing all together and just leave Steemit network for good.
