This is a pretty sweet idea, realtors and online systems have nice pictures that said I would easily be sold on this as a business model 3D real estate showings seems like a trend that would have staying power

Great application of virtual reality. I found the process of renting or acquiring a real estate tasking, this should take the stress of the process.
This actually make the work of the real estate managers easier and more productive, they can showcase a lot of their properties without been physically present. I love that it stimulate a real walk through giving the customer 'real' sense of height, width, scale of the properties.
A real practical application of VR, great job @lavanyalakshman.

This is not really new, but it does not stop being fascinating.
3D interior design reached such popularity that there are applications that allow anyone, without knowledge of engineering or architecture, to design the environment of their dreams.
But it is very innovative that it is being used for guided tours in the real estate environment.
