Vectornator is a completely free professional-level vector drawing tool. The application is designed for touch screen devices. Even with your fingers, you can draw good vector graphics with the help of the application. You can also use it with a keyboard and Apple Pencil, the effect will be even higher. Vectornator recently released an X3 version update, added a "bright white" theme, and added mouse support in iPadOS.

The new version supports mouse and touchpad very well. Not only can the cursor be used to simulate touch operations, but when the cursor is close to the button, the same adsorption effect as the system will appear. When you switch to a different tool, the shape of the cursor will also change from a circle to the corresponding tool. If you want to draw with the mouse, you need to turn off "Draw with Pen Only" in the settings.
