A lot of sports, specially american football, rugby, can pose extreme danger to the atheletes. In fact an athelete named Chris Borland also quit football because of high risk of concussion.
Helmets are there but the protection offered is limited as it only prevents fractures. However, atheletes can still suffer concussion due to injury which in turn leads to brain damage.
Q-collar is an innovative gadget designed to reduce post injury brain trauma for atheletes. Tests have shown great results. It was even used in NFL.
he collar applies slight pressure to the neck which mildly increases blood volume in the brain to create a “cushion” that may reduce movement of the brain inside the skull.
Initial research on the collar has shown significant reduction in structural changes to the brain caused by head impacts. The Q-Collar is likely to be a breakthrough for athletes, military personnel and industrial workers.

This product will be very invaluable to most contact sports including football (or soccer) especially their goalkeeper which reminds me of Arsenal goalkeeper, Peter Cech who had to protect his head after suffering from a concussion. One cannot say how many lives this will save. I hope the sort of product is embraced in contact sports.
Something needs to be done. American Football is one of the worst. There are too many brain injuries from sports and concussions are starting to be known to be very very bad. Until recently, they weren't thought about as any big deal.
This is a great product that can help reduce them. We need to put a lot of focus upon areas such as this.
Absolutely agree, it looked like a dangerous sport to me but i wasn't aware how often and how severe were the injuries reported. To me, this is a great innovation. Probably why nfl adopted it without fda approval.

Hey @karamyog, Im happy to boost this hunt at least in the top 100. It is try that this is useful for football and rugby players because they usually bump into each other, unlike badminton or other types of soft sports. Regardless of the hunt, Congratulations for atleast, have a great day!

This is very useful product for athletes or war fighters in fields. This will help more safer and more protected for the athletes wearing that collar. This is simple yet effective, and it designed mitigate traumatic brain injury resulting from blast trauma or concussive events. Nice Hunt @karamyog. Goodbless
