The truth is that most people have better lives than they think but, because they are always in the pursuit of something else hoping that it will complete their life, they forget about how well they are doing, they forget to be grateful. But, if you’re not grateful for your lifestyle then, you will never enjoy it. And, this is where the app Happier comes into play because it allows you to be grateful, to be happier every day.
The app allows you to save up happy moments throughout the day so you can reflect upon them later. Thus, if you think you don’t have it good, you can always look back on the moments you saved up and realize that it’s not as bad as you thought. You can also connect it with your Apple Watch and save up moments directly with your voice.
You can also access plenty of courses both in the app or on their website. Or, use the community features to connect with other awesome people.
The app is available only for iOS.
