Aptonomy is basically an autonomous drone that can be configured to patrol in the same way that a group of security guards would, with the advantage that it can cover more ground and have a better view of the facilities or things it is guarding. It also has an integrated alarm system that is triggered by the detection of any anomaly or problem, and that allows it to follow the criminals automatically.
