Kai is a smart wearable that tracks your hand movements and let you control your computer with gestures. With the flick of your finger you can scroll, select, and automate complex assignment in your app with KAI.

Kai give you total control over your devices that is, with its intuitive gesture control you can control virtually anything on your computer. Play>>pause>>skip your music, turn up/down the volume, adjust screen brightness. Do complex designing, video/photo editing, and animation workflows, making you efficient and productive

Take you game experience to another level; pair your keyboard or mouse control with Kai, also be used in virtual reality games and works perfectly with Android VR games.

You can use Kai with your Windows or Mac PCs, you pair it your device via bluetooth and it work with Drone and VR headset. It has a developer SDK that will enable developers to support for Kai to any device with Bluetooth functionality

Price is $129

Pros:

  • can i just say love that you used animated gifs! :)
  • gesture controlling something is so awesome
  • might help with getting up and exercising
  • will make interacting with VR more immersive.

Cons:

  • the price is crazy
  • i'd like the input device to be smaller, like a ring.

Nice hunt. I've been waiting for these things to become a reality since Minority Report.

pros:

  • When tech like this actually works as expected it has the change to completely change how we interact with devices
  • Could help users who suffer from RSI or who struggle to use mouse/keyboard input for any reason

cons:

  • probably still just a gimmick for now, I feel we're a few years off this still.
  • Expensive item to "Try", find it hard to believe it will sell well outside of Indiegogo similar to the Leap Motion (super cool tech but hard to sell to mass market)

Congratulation! Your hunt was ranked in 9th place on 25 May 2018 on Steemhunt.
