Thumb Runner is not only an excellent SUP paddle, but also a double tip, so you can paddle your board like a kayak when conditions get tough. The handle is ergonomically designed to provide comfort and control in the foot mode, comfortable and easy. The heel of the handle fits perfectly in the heel of the hand to provide a stable platform to transfer energy to the pallet There are no adjustments to be made when changing from one mode to another. Just get on your knees and start rowing on both sides Thumb Runner comes in two models: 1. Premium model. Carbon sheet 100% 3k and adjustable shaft 180 cm (70 ") to 215 cm (85"). That means it is light and strong. It also floats. The handle / end of the Thumb Runner paddle is nylon. The weight is 840 g (29 oz)
