I have to share this one with you guys because it really came in handy yesterday.
I'm entering my 7th week of meal prep and since I've been following a recipe book that gave me nutrition info I never had an issue knowing exactly what I was eating... until yesterday.
I decided to make a recipe, but I changed a few ingredients here and there, based on what I had on hand and what I thought would be better for my body.. the problem was, I had NO IDEA what the nutrition facts would be. So I did a little bit of research and found this really handy tool.
this is what i made btw - lemon muffins with citrus glaze;)
All you have to do is copy/paste the ingredients from the recipe you're following and boom! It spits out nutrition facts the same way you'd find on the back of your favorite grocery store item
It kinda saved my tail yesterday and I hope you find it useful too!

It is a great tool to get the amounts of ingredients by just copy/paste, LoL, it will be very useful. Thanks for sharing, by the way I am sure muffins were very delicios.

fabulous hunting, really excellent for all so many lovers of fit as all public in general. sometimes we eat things that in our opinion are super healthy but with this application it is possible to be safe. Thanks, it helped me a lot
