The Problem
If you have ever been to a somewhat large chat group about crypto or whatever, you are bound to get a lot of unsolicited stuff about ICOs, some great deal or websites or just plain scams. It's super annoying.
Shieldy
It's basically like a CAPTCHA for Telegram users. What it does is ask users to perform a set action within a set period. You'll have to set the bot as an admin and the bot will take care of kicking out those annoying spammers.

In general this may be an good idea and yeah I definitely know what you are talking about but I really can see this slowing down conversations since you pretty much have to do a captcha every little comment you are about to submit or at least every several comments otherwise this won't make any sense to me. Still good idea in general.

Only newcomers have to prove themselves. After you are verified you can have conversations as usual.
AH ok, but how would it prevent someone from doing the captcha as a newcomer and then after that starting the bot.
