The Internet has a fairly large network and almost limitless sources of information. However, most of the time we may not be able to access some information. Because some legislators do not want this information to be reached. Example; Wikipedia is the world's largest digital library. But it is now banned in many countries. Therefore, we can use decentralized methods to reach such resources.
Substratum is actually a platform that can help us with this. An application that allows users to use the storage space on their computers. In this way, you can store your website or files in the another person's PC who lives on the world.
- Anyone can host websites or applications using Substratum Host, paying network users to serve content.
- Anyone viewing Substratum-hosted content can see it in their regular web browser with no censorship blocks.

It seems that the world is now heading towards decentralization and the rise of cryptocurrencies, now all controls can be held by the user, not on one particular company, and amazingly, they are rewarded with cryptocurrencies as this Substratum network does, brilliant hunt.
