This smart and handy device is an Android and iPhone-Based Fitness & Wellness Monitor. It determines fitness and stress indices just by measuring the respiratory rate, heart rate, heart rate variability, and blood oxygen saturation.
The readings cansynchronizedised totrack progress over time
To use this devise just connect with mobile and gently rest thumb on the sensor to measure your Fitness or Stress. As shown in above photo.

Now a days mobile has also this kind of app which monitor all these things you mentioned but I think this device is I think may give correct readings as compare to mobile.
