What is TreeRover?
Robot that only has ONE MISSION
PLANT TREES For you!!
This robot is able to maximize mass tree planting for the environment (although it can be used for various other activities). In my opinion, the best function of this robot is to plant trees on a large scale quickly, to be able to reserve the environment more quickly.
In my own country, Indonesia, illegal logging has been going on for years, and this has completely cleared the forest. We need this kind of tool to reserve our forest.
Note : this project already has the official link from here. I can open it 3 days ago, but i can't open it today, maybe still under construction, or updating. So i decided to use the Indiegogo Link.

Illegal logging is a major problem for tropical countries. If it is not handled properly, there will be flooding during the rainy season. One of the solution to handle it is the reforestation program. Replanting plants (reforestation) requires sophisticated tools. TreeRover is the best recommendation for this program.

@calprut you are one more time here :joy: These type of robot which save our world is so amazing as we know deforestation causes the destruction of animal habitat and also the reasoning of co2 in the atmosphere about 25 billion tons of co2 released in atmosphere out of which 15 billion tons is removed and there is still 1 0 billion remain in atmosphere which then causes global warming and affect the ozone layer and causes the ultraviolet rays to in out earth. The current era badly needs such robots which can grow plants fast to overcome the dangerous pollution. I think we badly need this robot in our own country 'PAKISTAN' where some greedy people cutting the forests to make the buildings for the sake of profit.
This tech would be a game changer to counter illegal loggers. Which by the way, illegal logging is massively growing for the past years. I hope the government may consider this tech to implement planting tress as many as possible.
This is a fantastic tool and great to use in various areas that are hard to get into for a tree planting crew, or where its hard to find tree planters or get enough of them to do the job, plus its much faster and will cut down on labor costs especially for jobs that people dont want to do. Robot Technology is developing in the field of agriculture every day. It seems that this robot will be very helpful during plantation. With the help of this robot, you can plant very fast! In areas where it is difficult to plant trees, it will prove to be very helpful. It is also a good solution by environment.

@calprut, this is a cool hunt. It is amazing what technology can do in bringing forth robots to come out to do things for mankind that we never thought would be possible. It is great that they can even plant tress for us and faster too. They don't have to worry about the heated sun. No sweat. Ha ha.
I can think of few better ways of saving or helping the world that does not involve saving lour environments. Illegal cutting down of trees is a real problem in many part of the world and I find uncomfortable living in environment without plant and trees. We need this sort of Technology not only to save our environment but to live healthy lives ourselves.
