Pico is a flat file CMS and uses the database and open source, Pico also support writing with markdown format. Pico has many active community, producing a variety of templates that you can use for free, and also has a plugin that you need as needed.
Despite not having the admin panel or the side of the administration, pico provides some very useful plugins like User Management, facilities tags post, pagination, analytics and much more.
