Other than coders this could help online businesses like I am working as social media evaluator and I have to work for at least 2 hours a day. My company can use this tool to keep track of the time I spend on their tool.
If the applications you use for your work are supported, why not. But even if it's not supported, you can easily track how much time you spend by adding the websites you use with the little Chrome extension. I've been using it for about 3 days and am incredibly pleased.
