Hola amigo, se ven exquisitas y faciles de hacer, el traductor las nombra como "chuletas" pero nosotros las llamamos "albondigas" o "bolitas de carne" cuando pueda las hare con el toque de Sri Lanka.

Yeah... Not very hard to make. And you can use it in any function or tea time also. It's 'cutlet' in sri lanka.
