Forces are spread thin and the freesteem vote farming ring is soaking up a lot of rewards and also observed as powering down in a couple of instances (There are likely more). We cannot let this go unnoticed and allow the problem to grow out of control.Additional Strategy

Steem Flag Rewards is a flag incentivization program used to help clean up the blockchain from plagiarism, spam, scams, and schemes. We raise funds by posting to reward people to downvote bad posts or networks of bad posts such as the case with the freesteem tag. Freesteem isn't really free because there is cost or consequence. The cost is loss of curation and reward pool being drained for something that is not adding value to the blockchain.
Ok. But have you people approach the people it concern trying to convince them to change their way? Making them to see reason

I still understand the meaning of flag .
Flagging or downvoting can serve a number of purposes but the biggest is for quality control of what is posted on the blockchain. We are taking the rewards back from the scammers and back into the reward pool for those who are more deserving.
