When a group of people get together you never know what is humanly possible. While time travel films are incredibly fun, a group of creative types got together to create a promotional film that brings us all together in the name of creativity. We worked on this project for quite some time and the fruit has finally fallen from the creative tree only to be ripe for the audience of our generation! Let's get a good idea as to who was behind this project. The fun part is all of us getting together and working hard on this project at various times.

We took to the drawing board and came up with the idea of "Taxi in Time." Gianluca Fratellini is one of the most prolific animators I have ever met, and worked with. His creativity stimulated ideas in my mind as we worked on the story ages ago! I was not only proud, but excited to work on such an enjoyable and creative project. It shows the world what creative people can do when we come together in the name of creativity! I want to thank the cast and crew for all their hard work on this project! Uber should hire us for advertising or maybe Amblin Entertainment! It was fun!

Collaborative group work comes in many shapes, forms and ideas. We have had many brainstorming sessions that include innovation that would jump start our project! In this project, there was many benefits to our group innovation efforts that helped us get locked and loaded, and ready to go! A large group like ours was ready to pump out some creative fun! The story line itself had to be augmented and what was final version made me very happy and excited! The efforts of the cast and crew will not go without thanks! Thank you all! Now, if you are a group of people that want to come together for the great good of creativity! Let this be an inspiration, and in this post there are things I've learned!

Here are few key points to keep in mind when practicing collaboration that will help you enjoy the benefits of teamwork without the drawbacks:

*Keep your heads together, and come to a point of decision!

*Remember the "WE" and not the "I." This was a "We" project from the very beginning! This was for all of us, and we stayed on the same page.

*Surround yourself with a diverse crowd! We had all types working on this project. From the Screenwriter to Voice Actors to the Tracking Artist!

*Remember the importance of our individual expertise and the impact!

*Communicate and delineate the decisions and responsibilities!

*Go for quantity of ideas and find the overlapping creative ideas from the quantity.

Great now on to the opening credits! Then the movie!
