Thank you very much for that kind remark, Sara. I didn't know you were offering a yoga class. I've never done yoga but hear so much good about it. I exercise a lot, meditate regularly, and have a background in teaching martial arts. I just never got into yoga but would like to learn more about it. If I can get the time to do that it would be good to have a "just getting started" experience with it. Thank you for your letting me know. Hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead.
You may find a lot of similarities between yoga and the practices you are already familiar with! I am very happy to customize the yoga I share to any level of experience. I know how beneficial it can be to mind, body, and soul, and I hope to make it enjoyable and accessible for everyone!
