Steem-Engine Milestone: 500,000 Steem on the exchange!
Things continue to grow pretty steadily. The number of tokens, the types of tokens, and the volume for tokens keeps going up. As that happens there appears to be more steem placed onto the exchange. As of now we're sitting over 500k steem in the @steem-peg account.
Exciting times! This is a giant milestone for us and really shows how the vision and design of the platform appears to be resonating with the community. I'm wondering what will happen as the US regulatory environment pushes foreign centralized exchanges to cut US users out of the mix. What will Steemians and others do with steem-engine.com?

Are you looking to integrate with Bancor or create a Bancor like automatic liquidity system on Steem Engine.
It would be really useful for the low volume tokens.
Flock, migrate, rush, stampede but hopefully not overwhelm steem-engine. That would be the logical thing to do.

Yeah but isn't steem-engine also an exchange? Will the US users also be cut off from steem and all those altcoins?🙈

At the moment I am pondering the same question about the US and the coins that have been being shut off to us. It is making me a little uneasy at the moment.
Great growth through-out Steem-Engine of-course the reflection of exchanges cutting out any individualized US users for one will create even greater growth through-out All Steem-Engine as well the #1 platform Steemit all the best through-out

That's a good point about the foreign exchanges that is lost on many. Keep up the great work guys.
