I have realized that I need to change my own way of doing things instead of trying to ask others to do it. I do not mean that as an insult to anyone but myself. I am sorry for the way I have been acting about delegations and such.

To resolve this I have decided to start a small monthly powerdown (1st month is just a trial) First month will be 400 steem ( 100 x 4)

Why on earth would I power down to gain ??? Stick with me here and I shall explain... With this 100 steem I will focus on opening some more leases / Reserve funds for daily payouts / Reserve funds to keep all leases pre-renewed long before they expire.

I think a lot of the stress, is like the little day to day expenses of keeping it all going smoothly, in my mind im trying to power it up but realistically if one of our large leases is expiring that day I have to basically make sure everything goes to paying for that. This is not an issue from a numbers point of view, moreso just having to say like okay I only need 5 more steem to pay off the leases expiring today, or Okay which leases should i let expire becuase I know i wont be able to renew 12 today.

To just always have that reserve is going to prove to be very beneficial
