Surely everyone has different ways of working, some are accustomed to working alone and some are more like working together in completing the task. In the world of work, cooperation is one important element in terms of achieving goals. For those of you who are not used to working with other people, then you start practicing yourself because working together in teams will produce greater output than working individually. In addition, teamwork will also take you to familiarize yourself with your coworkers.

Why building cooperation is important? In working in an agency or company would require the synergy of each team between departments to achieve the overall target.
