SteemDecathlon S02C03E01 - I'm Up For It - Bothered about the way Trump, and the Republicans have been acting?

I AM NOT A DEMOCRAT....

I'm an independent, not because I am apathetic, but because I am really engaged (voted in every election since I was 18, thats 37 Years), I liked the idea of picking the right candidate and not having one set of people to always pick from.
. Like most people my age I'm relatively fiscally conservative and Socially Liberal. I don't look at Liberal or Social as a curse word. And I believe everyone should pay their fare share.

But I am for big government, because only a big government can enforce regulations to protect Americans and Our legacy, do the big projects, enforce rights equally when tribalism raises its ugly head, provide a safety net and serve people first and help promote US based Industries .

And Government should NOT LINE THE POCKETS OF CORPORATIONS and treat people as chattel!

The lockstep nature and anger of Trump follower's combined with Gerrymandering of districts to take control away from the majority all with the Republican party upper level being solely in the back pockets of corp moneys because of citizen united and holding hostage of the seat that should have been Merrick Garland the reason so many true long time principled Conservatives have left the GOP party. Has led US to be the laughing stock of the world and if unchecked will endanger democracy as we know it.

Let's be serious here,

No matter what else you are impassioned to correct: Russia, Dacca, Puertor Rico, Flint, EPA, Emuluments, ICE, Racism, Tax breaks, Bum Stocks, AHCA, BLM and the 100s of other reason.

This means there is only 1 way to deal with this....
