Emperor Julius Caesar proposed the leap year. If we count those 365 days every year, those 5 hours that we will have to recover will be missing.

For three years we counted those 365 and in the fourth we recovered the day that is missing, the 29 days that has February, the leap year.

If we did not add a full day every four years, the seasons would end up unpacked from the calendar, so that after about 700 years, in the northern hemisphere Christmas would fall in the middle of summer.

Scientifically and mathematically, it takes a day in time, We know that God is the creator of the universe and everything there is, and although some scientists, mathematicians and philosophers, have not been able to deny the bible nor its veracity. Then let's see what the Bible says about that missing day.
