Received with Thanksgiving (1 Timothy 4)

Can we eat pork if it’s received with thanksgiving? Thanksgiving is coming up and many people like to eat ham at their Thanksgiving dinner in spite of the fact that the Bible forbids eating pork. They often point to 1 Timothy 4:4 to justify eating unclean things, but is that really what the Bible is saying?

    Howdy sir simms50! Well I didn't watch this video, sorry, just trying to catch up at the moment and I'm in a time crunch but we don't eat pork if we can avoid it because of it being forbidden in the Old Testament.

      You should watch it, it's not very long. Also bravo for not eating it, God says not to! Do you eat shellfish, shrimp, crab, etc...?
