Always Remember.

forgetting or not believing who you are in Christ is a dangerous state of a believer when he forgets or does not relate with who he or she is again, you are a new creature, you don't look like the past again, you have a new identity that you must always be conscious of it!

This is a type of ignorance that Satan loves most because this is the only reason a believer can lose his guard and live like a slave when he is meant to rule!

Peter described them in a way , he said:
2 Peter 1:9 NLT
[9] But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins.

We are believers and our identity is found in Christ!
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJVS
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature...

We are one spirit with him!
1 Corinthians 6:17 KJVS
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

Seated in him in heavenly places.
Ephesians 2:6 KJVS
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Complete in him.
Colossians 2:10 KJVS
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

The summary of these all is that Our identity is "IN CHRIST" which means everything found in Christ is in us and everything he is, we are now!

And this is the basis for all TRIUMPHANT living as a Christian and Satan will try his possible best to make us forget or not believe it.

No wonder he asked Jesus.

And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God , command that these stones be made bread.

This is the question he ask us EVERYDAY, and you must reply accordingly, that you are a son, a joint heir with Christ, the righteousness of God in Christ!

He has no job but to accuse you and try to make you forget, that's why you must keep reminding yourself and other brethren. Peter said :
2 Peter 1:12 KJVS
Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them , and be established in the present truth.
