  • I believe, but I would like so much to have a bigger faith!». If we consider the quality of our faith we will end up discouraged. However, the Lord Jesus says that God will respond even to someone who has such a small faith "as a grain of mustard seed" (Matthew 17:20). God does not necessarily expect great things from us. He loves faithfulness in small things (Luke 16:10, 19:17). After putting our trust in Jesus, we grow in faith living close to him, praying and reading the Bible.

  • I believe, but I would like to have a stronger faith!». Every day is an occasion to realize that we are inconstant. What we considered acquired, is still to be learned. Even the most faithful servants to God had their doubts. The prophet Elijah was a man with "passions similar to ours" (James 5:17). After having obtained extraordinary liberations, he hesitated and fled. But God continued to take care of him (1 Kings 17 to 19).

  • I believe, but I would like to have a more lively faith!». After believing that Jesus is the Son of God, who died on the cross for us, we tend to return to our routine. The disciples of Jesus accompanied him for three years, and believed his words. However, after His crucifixion, many returned to their former works. Then the risen Jesus appeared to them and spoke to them (John 21: 1-14).

Let us daily take care of our communion with the Lord, speaking to him and listening to his words.

This permanent relationship will make our faith alive.
